• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a research-intensive role — ideally in a

• Strong written communication skills — you craft outreach messages that people actually want to
• Proficient with modern sourcing tools and AI and always looking for what's next
• Strategic thinker: you build and nurture pipelines proactively, not just reactively
• Data-driven and organized, with the ability to juggle volume and quality across multiple searches
