Talent Sourcer / Junior Recruiter

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across 17 sales territories, mapping regional talent
• Source candidates for general administration, finance, operations, people, product, and engineering
• Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant
• Conduct first-round phone interviews, evaluate candidates against established selection criteria
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and deliver weekly
• Partner with the senior recruiter, hiring managers, and talent coordinator to ensure a smooth

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or agency recruitment, ideally with a
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other tools for
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Rippling or Ashby, or comparable recruiting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create personalized
• Ability to track sourcing metrics, assess pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and adjust
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines
