📋 Description

• You use various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, job boards, databases
• You conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
• You develop a sourcing strategy in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
• You stay up to date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: You already have some (first) experience in the field of Talent/Active
• Tools: You have experience with business networks (especially LinkedIn) and Boolean search
• Motivation: You don't give up easily and enjoy finding new and creative ways to reach out to people
• Languages: You have very good English skills, other languages are a plus
