Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's +1y recruiting; or associate +2y; or 3+ years recruiting in lieu of degree.
1+ year of technical recruiting experience.
Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; ITAR compliance required.
