📋 Description

• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to speed the pipeline
• Partner with recruiters and managers to refine role requirements
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit
• Track sourcing metrics and share data with teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years recruiting; or assoc. degree and 2+ years
• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
