📋 Description

• Source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Use AI-powered tools to speed sourcing while staying personal
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on role needs
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit
• Represent SpaceX's mission and culture to candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting, or 2+ years as recruiter, or 3+ years in lieu of a degree
• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferred)
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills
• Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; excellent communication
