Talent Sourcer - Temporary

📋 Description

• Build talent pipelines for technically demanding roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and
• Source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of
• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferred)
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles (preferred)
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills (preferred)
• Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates (preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (preferred)
