Talent Sourcing Partner

📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for assigned searches and priority talent
• Build, maintain, and refresh proactive talent pipelines
• Partner with recruiting teams, HR business partners, and hiring leaders to define role requirements
• Research talent markets and provide actionable intelligence
• Prepare qualified candidate slates and conduct candidate interviews
• Use pipeline and recruiting metrics to track performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience; life sciences and commercial recruiting experience
• Demonstrated expertise in modern sourcing techniques including passive candidate identification
• Experience conducting market research, organization mapping, talent mapping, name generation, and
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing, analyzing, and reporting on talent pipelines, sourcing activity, recruiting

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $109,000–$145,750 per year
