• Demonstrated success hiring research scientists, ML engineers, applied AI practitioners, and data
• A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
