• Partner with recruiters and leaders to understand goals and talent needs.
• Proactively source and engage top talent via Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and others.
• Influence processes to improve speed and scale of hiring.
• Share talent market insights to guide leveling, compensation, and profiles.
• Mentor hiring managers and interviewers to raise calibration and evaluation quality.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Roblox values.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of top-of-funnel technical recruiting (Engineering, C++, Product)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with quality results
• Success hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
• Strong track record influencing stakeholders with creative recruiting solutions
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain pipelines
• Data-driven with metrics, insights, and strategy
