📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and leaders to define talent needs and attract top candidates
• Proactively source talent via Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and more
• Improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale
• Share talent market insights to guide leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles
• Mentor hiring managers, raising calibration, evaluation, and selection
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in top-of-funnel technical recruiting (Engineering, C++, Product)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with quality results
• Success hiring senior/niche tech talent in competitive markets
• Strong track record influencing stakeholders and solving challenges creatively
• Experience using an ATS to maintain candidate pipelines
• Data-driven approach; can analyze metrics and inform strategy
