🎯 Requirements

• 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within creative, design, or
• A sharp eye for creative quality — you know good work when you see it.
• Experience sourcing for both full-time and freelance/contract roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms used in the creative industry.
• Strong written communication skills for compelling outreach that actually gets replies.
• Organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple open pipelines simultaneously.
