📋 Description

• Source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and more
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Use AI-powered sourcing tools to speed pipelines with a personal touch
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health with recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s +1+ yr recruiting; or Associate +2+ yr; or 3+ yrs in lieu of degree
• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills
• Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
