🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years in Talent Engagement and Management, supporting Eng, Product, and Design.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and complexity.
• Organized with attention to detail; independently drive projects to completion.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with all levels; tailor communication.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Admin, Psychology, or equivalent.
