• Keep Ashby (ATS) sharp: clean records, current stages, reliable data

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• GTM lens: understand sales, marketing, customer success and how to assess for it
• High agency: take initiative without waiting for direction
• Strong stakeholder skills: organized, honest, follow-through
• Eye for candidate experience and employer brand
• Comfortable with pace and ambiguity
