📋 Description

• Embed senior tax professionals into client orgs as interim Head of Tax
• Lead tax operations during major transactions and organizational change
• Provide guidance to CFOs, controllers, and exec leadership
• Advise on tax implications of M&A, carve-outs, restructurings
• Oversee federal, state, and local income tax compliance
• Drive tax transformation and technology initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 13+ years in corporate tax, public accounting, or tax consulting
• Experience as Tax Director or senior tax leader
• ASC 740, income tax compliance, tax governance
• Experience with PE-backed companies or complex transactions
