📋 Description

• Oversee US federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions and structures.
• Lead ASC 740 tax provision; coordinate with external auditors.

• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulators.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth US federal, state, and local tax knowledge.
• Experience with tax compliance and planning in corporate or public accounting.
• Hands-on ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• CPA designation; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable with exec stakeholders.
• Remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace; US-based.
