Tax Compliance Director

📋 Description

• Define Latam regional tax compliance strategy and governance
• Oversee direct and indirect tax filings across Latam
• Manage relationships with local tax BPOs and external advisors
• Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Legal, Product, and Tax Controversy
• Drive digital transformation: AI tax tech, ERP automation
• Build dashboards and KPIs for real-time compliance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• LatAm tax leadership with multi-jurisdiction experience
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian federal and state taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law; MBA/CPA preferred
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and AI-driven tax tech
• Analytical strategist with data analytics for executive dashboards
• Portuguese and English; Spanish a strong asset
