Tax Director - Infrastructure & Incentives

📋 Description

• Lead global tax infrastructure strategy for AI infrastructure expansion.
• Develop tax strategies for site selection, data centers, and investments.
• Structure and negotiate incentives: property tax abatements, PILOT, and credits.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Real Estate, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Policy, and Engineering.
• Lead tax due diligence, financial modeling, and incentive valuation.
• Establish governance for incentive compliance, reporting, and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in state/local tax, property tax, incentives, or economic development.
• Deep experience with large-scale infrastructure investments and data centers.
• Proven success negotiating incentives with state/local governments.
• Strong understanding of property tax, sales tax, construction tax, and infra tax issues.
• Experience building scalable tax processes and governance for multi-billion-dollar programs.
• Strong financial modeling to evaluate investment returns and incentive value.
