🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than three years of substantive legal practice, preferably with experience in tax law.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax law, including the ability to interpret relevant federal and state
