Tax Manager (12-month FTC)

📋 Description

• Manage the group’s global tax compliance, filing and payment obligations: provide financial
• Help prepare and review indirect tax filings, and review related systems and processes
• Manage US reporting obligations for payment processors (1099-K and other 1099 series), including
• Review and advise on the application of our transfer pricing policies, including calculations that
• Manage the tax aspects of our employee share incentive schemes.
• Help prepare the tax reporting arising from the Mollie acquisition, including equity and

🎯 Requirements

• CTA or ACA qualified, from Big 4, mid-tier or in-house practice, ideally with in-house, financial
• Strong UK direct and indirect tax expertise.
• A working knowledge of payroll taxes, including benefits and expenses, and awareness of the tax
• Comfortable with tax accounting and preparing tax disclosures.
• Experience turning tax rules into practical, commercial advice. That includes reviewing legal
• Confident with IT: happy to learn how to query databases and accounting systems, and use automation
