Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze and document U.S. and non-U.S. direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance
• Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation pertaining
• Educate our business clients/partners, Twitch Tax team members, and other cross-functional
• Socialize final tax requirements with different Twitch internal teams, such as Legal, Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• CPA or JD (LLM, Master of Tax, or relevant tax practice experience)
• 3+ years experience in a Big 4, law firm, and/or equivalent in-house environment supporting
• Recent experience providing practical business facing guidance regarding U.S. and/or non-U.S. tax
• Familiarity with direct and indirect tax concepts (e.g., US income tax, US withholding tax, and US
• Knowledge of and experience with Twitch
• Experience in entertainment/ media businesses, ads businesses, and/or social media platform
