Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Preparing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns for resident and non-resident
• Managing tax filings for C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, fiduciary entities, gift
• Preparing and reviewing Foreign Bank Account Reports (FBAR) and other applicable international tax
• Reviewing business license, property tax, and sales and use tax returns.
• Preparing and reviewing tax adjusting journal entries for business management clients' books and
• Preparing and reviewing quarterly tax estimates, year-end individual tax projections, and business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Between 7 and 15 years of professional tax experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in tax preparation, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary
• Proficiency with tax preparation and tax projection software; ProSystem fx and BNA experience is
