Tax Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop Tax Payments and Tax Health Check teams.
• Build quality control frameworks to ensure accurate payroll tax payments.
• Standardize Tax Payments processes; close workflow gaps to reduce errors.
• Lead Tax Health Check improvements to increase successful provisions.
• Oversee Tax Health Check specialists guiding TPA linking and Tax ID setup.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, audit performance, and present KPIs/OKRs to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience, incl 4+ payroll tax.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Build, document, and execute standardized processes.
• Experience designing/operating quality control programs in tax/payroll/financial ops.
• Track record of driving measurable process improvements.
• Proficient in Excel; strong communication and analytical skills across all levels.
