📋 Description

• Perform routine payroll tax profile audits of existing clients to ensure accuracy
• Processes payroll corrections to prepare for amendments and communicates summaries of the

• Assists in monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing audits
• Communicates with clients regarding missing or invalid account information

🎯 Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 6 years experience working in a similar role or closely related field
• Knowledge of US payroll taxes including federal, state, local and paid family leave
• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and varying job responsibilities
