📋 Description

• Lead tax engagements and drive client service in a growing firm.
• Partner with clients and leadership to fuel growth and quality.
• Provide consulting and compliance tax services, incl. international tax advice.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals across the team.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local tax developments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Accounting; active CPA.
• 12+ years tax experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency with tax software (CCH Axcess) and MS Office.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Ability to lead multiple client engagements.
