🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• 12+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess) and MS Office Suite.
• Experience supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Strong business development skills and client relationship management.
