Tax Principal

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance
• Review and advise on complex individual, partnership, corporate, S corporation, fiduciary, and
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level client relationships while identifying opportunities to
• Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely
• Collaborate with Partners and firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives, practice
• Actively drive business development through networking, referrals, speaking engagements, industry

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license
• 12+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of tax disciplines, including corporate, partnership
• Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g, CCH Axcess) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven expertise in overseeing complex client engagements and delivering high-quality client service
