Tax Processing Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare 700+ sales and use tax returns per month for level 2–3 clients, applying in-depth
• Independently implement new clients, entities, and data files, supporting smooth onboarding and
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive support
• Format and import monthly tax data into indirect tax returns software, while preparing and
• Use automation and data-processing technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and
• Serve as a trainer and mentor to approximately 1–3 junior team members, providing guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in tax processing, accounting, or a related business
• In-depth knowledge of sales and use tax compliance regulations, with specialization in one or more
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a customer-focused approach and
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and effectively transition work to junior team members.
