📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Interact professionally via email and/or phone, simplifying the tax notice experience.
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices with guidance from peers.
• Provide clear and concise case documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engagement, and Tax Operations teams.
• Communicate with government agencies to represent Gusto for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of payroll experience; notice resolution a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think globally and provide input on processes.
• AI Fluency: capable of using current AI tools in workflows.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
