• Provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Interact with customers via email/phone, simplifying tax notices.
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices with guidance.
• Provide clear and concise case documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engagement, and Tax Operations teams.
• Communicate with government agencies to advocate for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years payroll experience; notice resolution experience is a plus.
• AI fluency; able to use current AI tools and shape tooling.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and proactive.
