Tax Senior

📋 Description

• Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and
• Prepare complex client work and delegate entry level work to staff accountants
• Take ownership and organize workflow of client engagements, ensuring filing deadlines are met
• Supervise and manage expectations of engagement teams, staff accountants and/or interns on your
• Responsible for meeting engagement timelines and budget guidelines, and provide job status to
• Identify tax issues and propose strategies to resolve them

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years of relevant tax experience
• Experience with taxation of 'flow-through' entities is preferred, private equity experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related major required
• Passed all 4 sections of the CPA exam and has met the requirements to obtain their CPA license
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
