Tax Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Manage filing of corporate income tax, VAT, and returns across international entities.
• Partner with external advisors to develop transfer pricing docs and oversee implementation.
• Act as primary contact during tax audits, coordinating responses with advisers.
• Lead tax provisioning and IFRS reporting, including ETR calculations and disclosures.
• Identify opportunities to automate tax processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align tax guidance.
• Monitor changes in international tax law and advise on compliance actions.
• Contribute to a scalable global tax framework to support expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or quantitative field.
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and CTA/ADIT or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years tax experience in Big Four/top firms or multinational tax.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, IFRS tax.
• Experience managing multiple jurisdictions and external tax advisors.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English for non-specialist stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative with process improvement.
• Interest in leveraging technology and automation to modernize tax ops.
• Willing to travel internationally up to twice per year for events.
