Tax Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Lead prep, review, and filing of corporate tax, VAT, and returns across entities.
• Partner with external advisors to develop transfer pricing docs and support planning.
• Primary contact for tax audits, documenting and coordinating responses.
• Lead tax provisioning and IFRS reporting, including ETR calculations and disclosures.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Ops to provide tax guidance and ensure alignment.
• Monitor changes in international tax legislation and advise on actions to stay compliant.
• Contribute to a scalable global tax framework supporting expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or quantitative field.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and tax qualification (CTA/ADIT) or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years tax experience in Big Four/top firms or multinational tax environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, IFRS reporting, and international compliance.
• Experience managing multiple jurisdictions with external tax advisors.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding English communication; explain complex tax matters to non-specialists.
• Self-motivated, accountable, collaborative, proactive about continuous improvement.
• Interest in leveraging technology and automation to modernize tax operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to twice per year.
