Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ~30 learners in virtual programs.
Monitor Slack channels and respond promptly to learner questions.
Check-in with learners after live sessions to gauge understanding.
Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures when applicable.
Assist Lead Instructor to keep sessions on track during tech issues.

🎯 Requirements

CDCP – Certified Data Center Professional from Epi
Fluency in Japanese and English; strong verbal and writing skills
Experience in physical data centers or similar environments
Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading technical teams is a plus
Excellent communication and ability to engage adult learners
Empathy, flexibility, patience, and learner-centered mindset
