📋 Description

• Attend mandatory Pre-Program TA onboarding.
• Monitor Pumble channels for learner questions.
• Check in with learners after live sessions for clarity.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures as needed.
• Assist in keeping sessions on track if Lead Instructor is unavailable.
• Hold up to six weekly Office Hours for learner support.

🎯 Requirements

• Data analytics professional with leadership and strong communication.
• Holds Supply Chain Procurement Certificate or equivalent.
• Empathy, flexibility, and patience with diverse learners.
• Experience operating in a fully virtual environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Zoom, Pumble.
