• Build and manage MX-based project management team for scalable live experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives at major entertainment companies.
• Oversee team performance to meet quality and revenue goals quarterly.
• Grow event revenue through sales, customer experience, and ops quality; manage budgets and on-site teams.
• Scale experiences to other cities; travel as needed.
• Negotiate and close partner deals.
• Execute analysis of business opportunities and processes.
• Pitch projects to major entertainment companies.
• Manage internal project teams.
• Represent Fever at local events and PR.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, startups, or consulting.
• MBA from top-tier school a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with team management.
• Solution-focused; identify problems and define solutions with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong verbal/written skills; C-level relationship management.
• Ability to influence across all staff levels.
• Coordinate and audit internal and external teams to deliver on contract goals.
• Extensive networking and ability to foster partnerships.
• Curious, push boundaries; high visibility with top management.
• Native Spanish + English.
• Not for event production background.
