• Proven experience leading or managing consultants or delivery teams.
• Strong people leadership: coaching, performance management, engagement.
• Understanding of delivery operations, utilization, service quality.
• Engineering degree or equivalent; 10+ years experience with 3+ in people management.
• Ability to balance priorities, decisions, and drive results through others.
• Experience using data, reporting, and operational insight to improve delivery.
