📋 Description

  • Drive growth by advising on wallet share, upselling, cross-selling, and merchant relationships.
  • Set clear team goals for revenue growth and report performance at executive level.
  • Create an inspiring, collaborative environment with open feedback and training.
  • Provide coaching on strategic account planning, contract negotiations, and executive engagement.
  • Provide strategic advice to influence the global payments strategy for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay merchant needs and influence product development and merchant projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance or engineering related field.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives in enterprise e-commerce or platforms.
  • At least 2+ years experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in revenue roles with a track record of growing share of wallet.
  • Experience in payments, alternative payments methods, or card acquiring industry.
  • Full proficiency in Cantonese and English; based in Hong Kong.
