Team Lead, AI Data Studio (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Lead studio shifts during active data collection projects, from open to close
• Coordinate moderators, office staff, and participants across concurrent sessions
• Monitor session quality and completion against project specifications
• Track attendance, session counts, and daily metrics; escalate issues to operations
• Help onboard new moderators and studio staff

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing shifts, teams, or operations
• Calm, organized presence when multiple things are happening
• Clear communication with staff and participants
• Reliability. Sessions run on schedule and depend on you being there
• Availability for part-time shifts, including some evenings and weekends
• College students with leadership experience are welcome to apply
