📋 Description

• Lead and coach a team of AML analysts.
• Set expectations and prioritization aligned to goals.
• Review high-priority investigations ensuring AML compliance.
• Monitor metrics and drive process improvements.
• Train team on blockchain analytics tools and escalation.
• Stay current on AML typologies and regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years AML/CTF experience, with 2+ years crypto AML.
• 1-2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Subject-matter expertise in AML controls; FATF, FINTRAC.
• Experience preparing and filing STRs, LVCTR, EFTR, and other regulatory reports.
• Proficient with crypto on-chain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
