📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with the design team, from decision through to
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide feedback that helps others learn
• Unblock team members who are stuck on problems
• Standardize and consolidate shared code and solutions across the team
• Reduce manual intervention in release process; shift verification left by increasing automated

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including team leadership or owning major surfaces
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
• Understanding of testing importance and approach, including coverage limits
• Track record of building team-used solutions that persist after you stop pushing
• Comfort with the 'unpopular half' of the job: asking people to change how they work and managing
