📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and give feedback people learn from
• Unblock the team and address stuck issues
• Decide which shared versions the team uses and see changes through
• Keep shared pieces tested and consolidated

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience including team leadership
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or similar background work
• Understanding of testing approaches and limitations
• Introduced something that stuck and can account for its cost
• Comfort with change management and friction
