📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team
• Maintain reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
• Unblock the team and handle critical issues
• Consolidate repeated solutions and improve shared components
• Shift verification left and reduce manual intervention in releases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
• Excellent command of Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, background
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work
• Strong understanding of testing approaches and their limitations
• Demonstrated ability to introduce lasting improvements with honest reflection on costs
• Comfort with driving change and managing friction
