Own major features end to end, working closely with design team, from decision through release
Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
Unblock the team by identifying and resolving stuck issues
Standardize team solutions and drive adoption
Maintain shared components with testing and consolidation

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
Understanding of testing importance and approach, including limitations
Track record of introducing lasting changes to a team
Comfort with asking people to change how they work
