Consolidate duplicated solutions and standardize tools
Maintain shared code quality and documentation

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work
Understanding of test importance and approaches, including limits
Proven record of introducing lasting team practices and honest account of costs
Comfort with asking people to change work habits and handling friction
