Own major features end to end, working closely with the design team, from decision through to
Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
Unblock team members who are stuck by investigating and resolving issues
Consolidate duplicated solutions and champion the shared version
Maintain and improve shared code and tooling

🎯 Requirements

5+ years software engineering experience
Team leading or owning a major surface while staying hands-on
Proficiency in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2
Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background Services, Music Player Service
Skills in Android animations, Jetpack Navigation, JUnit tests
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work
