Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
Review pull requests and give feedback that helps people learn
Unblock the team when someone is stuck, by investigating yourself
Standardize solutions that the team should adopt
Keep shared code in working order, tested, and consolidated

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team while staying hands-on
Rock solid skills in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture
Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
Understanding of the importance of tests and how to write them
Track record of introducing durable team improvements
Comfort with advocating for change and managing friction
