• Own major features end to end, from decision through release
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
• Unblock team members, resolving stuck issues directly
• Consolidate duplicate solutions, ensuring team adopts standard versions
• Maintain shared components (tested, clear, and consolidated)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience, including leading a team or major surface hands-on
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• JUnit tests
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work
• Understanding of test importance and how to approach writing them
• Track record of introducing something that stuck after stopping push
