📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team — from the decision through to
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and give feedback people learn from
• Unblock the team by investigating stuck items
• Consolidate solutions and establish team standards
• Keep shared pieces tested and clear

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or other long-running background work
• Understanding of importance of tests and approach to writing them
• Proven track record of introducing team-adopted solutions
• Comfort with the unpopular half of the job: asking people to change how they work
